Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FloorPlan AI (“the Service”), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FloorPlan AI generates indicative 2D floor-plan layouts from your text descriptions and reference material. Outputs are conceptual design aids, not certified architectural, structural or regulatory drawings. You are responsible for validation by a licensed professional before construction or municipal approval.

2. Accounts & plans

Free accounts may generate a limited number of plans per month. Paid plans (Pro, Studio) unlock unlimited generation and additional features, billed monthly until cancelled.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
• Generated plans are licensed to you for your own and your clients’ projects.

4. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on generated plans. Vastu hints are advisory and based on classical conventions.
