Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro or Studio subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@plan.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

If you are charged in error or experience a verifiable service failure, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full or pro-rated refund. Because plans are generated digitally and consumed immediately, we do not otherwise offer refunds for partially used billing periods.

The free tier (3 plans/month) lets you evaluate the product before paying — no charge, no card required.

How to request

Email billing@plan.aiskillhub.info with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
