FloorPlan AI respects your privacy and complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and is GDPR-aware for international users.

1. What we collect

Plan requirements you type and reference sketches you upload (to generate plans).
Billing details processed by our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe) — we never store card numbers.
Anonymous, privacy-friendly analytics (pageviews, feature usage) with no cross-site tracking.

2. How we use it

Solely to provide and improve the Service, process payments, and offer support. We do not sell your data.

3. Storage & retention

Plan generation is on-demand. Reference images you upload are processed in your browser and are not persisted on our servers in this version. Billing records are retained as required by Indian tax law.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@plan.aiskillhub.info.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage (e.g. theme, free-plan counter). No advertising cookies.
